Race 8
Trainer Hamm wins with 16% of his first-time starters and saddles #3 Powerful Moon (7-2), a son of 13% debut sire Malibu Moon who is a half-brother to six winners. Works include a solid 4-furlong move in :48 3/5 from the gate last month for Hamm, who has won with 13% of his runners at this meet. Gelding is likely ready to win at first asking under Speith, who has won with two of his last five rides for the barn.
Delaware Park

Son of Gemologist has been gelded since his first outing and has been working well for trainer Abbott, who wins with 13% of his runners that have not raced for 90+ days. Parx Racing
Race 8
Sprinters include #2 Cinnabunny (6-1), who has not been seen since leading from the start to remain unbeaten in two tries over the track and distance in March. Trainer DeMasi wins with 14% of her runners that have not raced for 90+ days and won with one of her first nine starters at this meet. Daughter of speedy young sire Golden Lad has been working well and can be in front early and tough to catch with Rodriguez remaining aboard.
Indiana Grand
Race 6
Rider Saez may have been a touch over-confident when third on #5 Valdolobo (3-1) after making an early move to the lead in his latest at Gulfstream in April. 5-year-old has won two of four starts on turf for trainer Walsh, who won with two of his first five runners at this meet and who wins with 15% of his starters that have not raced for 46-90 days. Bay can be in good position throughout with Beschizza up.
Canterbury Park
Race 2
#2 Haddy Up (6-1) is a newcomer with and excellent win-early pedigree being by Majesticperfection (15% first out) and out of a mare by Five Star Day, whose offspring win 19% of their first outings. Works include a quick 5-furlong move in 1:00 from the gate a week ago for trainer Robertson, who wins with 20% of his first-time starters. Bay appears ready for a good first outing under Roman, who has won with one of his last three rides for the barn.
Race 7
Another first-timer from the Robertson barn is #3 Imminent Threat (9-2), a daughter of Broken Vow who is a half-sister to 10 winners. Filly matched her stablemate’s bullet work seven days ago for Robertson, who has won with 15% of his runners at this meet. Chestnut is work a good look, especially if Haddy Up performs well earlier on the card.
