To take advantage of the FREE Past Performances, Insider Picks and Power Plays you must make at least one wager on each race card that you download.

If no wager is made on a Past Performance, Insider Picks or Power Plays that you download, then you will be charged for the cost of the product.

• The FREE Past Performances and Insider Picks and Power Plays are only available for Thoroughbred and Quarter Horse tracks. Harness Past Performances are NOT included in the promotion.
• If you only make a single wager on a track and the horse is later scratched, you will be charged for the product.
• If a track runs three or fewer races because of a cancellation, the cost of the product will be automatically refunded.
