Hong Kong Play for Happy Valley March 10
Happy Valley is a part of this week's Rest of the World Bet Back offer.
Wind N Grass could be over the odds when he contests the first version of the Baker Handicap at Happy Valley on Wednesday.
The market may well be led by the exciting newcomer Capital Star, who showed outstanding speed to win his second Hong Kong start at Happy Valley last week.
With a barrier draw of six, Capital Star should be able to find his way to the front of the 1200m (about six furlongs) contest, and he is likely to be hard to beat.
But Wind N Grass has been improving at every start, and last week came from off the speed to win a similar contest.
If Capital Star is taken on in front at all, Wind N Grass may be the best-placed to capitalize on what could be a fast pace.
The field has some depth. Stanley Park is likely to benefit from meeting Wind N Grass on better terms in the weights than he did two starts back, while Kinda Cool was in great form prior to a disappointing run in January and he should benefit from a brief break since that effort. The latter also has the benefit of the in-form Zac Purton in the saddle.
