Palm Beach: He's My Man Third Round Preview 1/7/2015
After two rounds of the He’s My Man Classic at Palm Beach, there is no doubt that there are a ton of contenders to take the top prize next Saturday. One of the best fields we have seen in a long time for the Super Bowl of Palm Beach racing.
Here’s the top races I will be following for the third round Stakes action at “The Beach.”*Storm Control*
Race 10
This is an absolute all star race without question.
Global attention will be focused on #5 Storm Control from owner Steve Schlachter, as the National Championship contender looks to bounce back after taking 2nd last time out. Hard to look past that he hasn’t lost two in a row since coming back in October. Incredibly has hit the Trifecta each time this season.
One of the only greyhounds to take down “The Storm” this season is #8 AMF Pushover. Best closer running at this track and is sitting in a great spot on the outside. Has made coming back from last place to win at the wire a somewhat regular thing which is so hard to do at this track.
#1 Hustle It Up from the Janie Carroll Kennel is sitting in her favorite box, a perfect 7-0 all time here on the rail. No early speed on the inside should open up a huge early spot for "Hustle."
Futurity Champion #7 Loop A will get a nice price in this race and it wouldn’t surprise if he was in the mix down the stretch as well.
So many options to go with in this race. Hustle It Up is in too good of a spot to pass up here.

Race 14
We knew his was a great puppy prospect, but I don’t think many of us expected #3 Just For Kicks from the Janie Carroll Kennel to bolt a 29.25 secs track best split last time out. He will look to stay undefeated in the Tournament with another W in this one.
Loaded field with 13 time winner this season #5 CRT Leyla from The Champions Racing Team. Look out also for #6 Super C Roxee, whose front end speed has racked up 34 all time wins here the last two seasons.
Just For Kicks looks to be peaking at the perfect time and I’m banking on him getting another victory here.

Race 15
Box to wire specialist #1 JS SpeedyPebbles from owner Shannon Henry will get a chance to matchup with one of the best lid flippers on the planet in #8 PJ Smoke Em Out in the finale. Whoever makes it to the turn first probably wins here.
Long shot odds will be on #5 WW’s Genesis and could pull an upset if any trouble arises. Solid closer and is a 82% board hitter.
“The Queen” rolls into the semi-finals unbeaten in the tourney and gets season win #17.
