Thoughts on Saturday's All-Stakes Pick 5 at Kentucky Downs

Kentucky Downs
An All-Stakes 50-cent Pick 5 at Kentucky Downs on Saturday with a 14% takeout? Why, yes, please. Here's a look at the sequence.
Race 6 -- $500,000 Kentucky Downs Juvenile Turf Sprint
CAMBRIA ( #4 ) (12-1) went two-for-two over the Tapeta at Presque Isle Downs, but being by Speightstown he might take to grass, too. Dam was graded stakes winner Teen Pauline. Trainer Mark Casse has a pair of interesting Into Mischiefs. SOUPER DORMY (#5) (9-2) and PRINCE OF THIEVES (#8) (10-1) both won at first asking at Ellis Park, the former over next-out graduate Shippingport. ALCOOLS (#10) (6-1), a Gemologist half-brother to Hog Creek Hustle, privately purchased following a good-looking maiden score over Woodbine's main track. Peter Miller now trains.
Race 7 -- $700,000 Turf Sprint (G3)
IMPRIMIS (#3) (4-1) emerged as the best turf sprinter in the East last spring, and was hardly disgraced when sixth in the King's Stand (G1) at Royal Ascot behind powerful stars like Blue Point and Battaash. WHITE FLAG (#6) (8-1) just missed as the favorite in this race last year. This is a much deeper cast, but should be plenty fresh with just a single run since January. Once a career maiden, LEINSTER (#8) (3-1) now surely among the top grass sprinters in the country after an impressive Troy (G3) score over capable veterans Disco Partner and Pure Sensation.
Race 8 -- $500,000 Ladies Turf (G3)
STORM THE HILL (#5) (3-1) not so hot in this race a year ago after meeting some trouble early, but out-finished Vasilika in the Yellow Ribbon H. (G2) last time. That's been incredibly difficult to accomplish over the past year and a half, and is strong piece of form. SIMPLY BREATHLESS (#2) (5-1) beat Ollie's Candy and Storm the Hill in the Wilshire (G3) to go two-for-two in the United States. Couldn't make it three in a row in the Modesty H. (G3), but eligible to bounce back.
Race 9 -- $500,000 Ladies Sprint (G3)
Fancy PAINTING CORNERS (#6) (8-1) for the mild upset here. Has experience dealing with unique course layouts via the Santa Anita downhill turf, and has fired her best shots this year in stakes company in Southern California for Peter Miller. Perhaps not fully cranked to deliver in Del Mar prep a couple weeks ago. OLEKSANDRA (#3) (3-1) is three-for-three with Rosario up, including one-length tally in a Saratoga stakes last month.
Race 10 -- $1 million Kentucky Turf Cup (G3)
Defending titlist ARKLOW (#10) (5-2) has been unlucky to miss in three straight photo finishes in the Man o' War (G1), Belmont Gold Cup (G2), and Bowling Green (G2). He'll likely cut it close, as he usually does, but appears slightly best of these.
The ticket:
4,5,8,10 with 3,6,8 with 2,5 with 3,6 with 10 = $24.
