In observance of Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, the Player Services call center will be closed.

However, deposits, wagering and withdrawal services will be available during the scheduled times below.

Kenilworth (SAF) - 6:00 a.m. ET
Monticello (H) - 12:25 p.m. ET

Account withdrawals will be processed until Noon, Eastern Time. All overnight delivery requests will be delivered on Friday, December 26.

Player Services will be closed.

Thursday, December 25
Online, Mobile and Telephone IVR wagering will be available for the following tracks:

Australia A - 8:40 p.m. ET
Australia B
Australia C

Player Services and Live Teller wagering will be closed.

Account withdrawals will be processed the next day - Friday, December 26.

Friday, December 26

Player Services and Live Teller wagering will resume normal operating hours on Friday, December 26.

Account withdrawals will be processed until Noon, Eastern Time.
