CONTEST FAQs
Q: If I bet $10 across-the-board (Win/Place/Show),
will the $10 wagered to Show count in the
contest?
A: No. Combination Win/Place/Show, Win/Show and
Place/Show wagers are not eligible for contest
play.
Q: Can I use more than one horse or
betting interest in my $10 Show wager?
A: No. If more than one betting interest is used in a
$10 Show wager, making the total bet amount greater than
$10, the wager will not count in the
contest.
Q: What happens if my horse is
scratched?
A: If your horse is scratched, you may place a $10 Show
wager on another horse in the same race and it will
count in the contest. Any wager placed on a scratched
horse must be re-bet in order to count in the contest.
There are no favorite replacements for scratched horses
and any wager on a scratched horse that is not re-bet
will count as a losing wager.
Q: What happens if I skip a race?
A: Players cannot skip races. In order to win a prize,
players must cash a winning $10 Show wager on every
race in which Show wagering is available at the
contest track of the day. If a player skips a race in
which Show wagering is offered, it will count as a
losing wager.
Q: What happens if Show wagering is cancelled or is
not offered on a race?
A: If Show wagering is cancelled or is otherwise not
available on any contest race, players may skip that
race without penalty.
