BC Internationals: Mile contender Impassable

Like fellow Wertheimer et Frere homebred and stablemate Bawina, Impassable has been cross-entered to two 2015 Breeders' Cup events. And just as Bawina was given a first preference in her more logical targer of the Filly & Mare Turf (G1), so was Impassable penciled in for her natural objective, the Mile (G1).
The Carlos Laffon-Parias trainee has progressed considerably since her maiden score over Chantilly's all weather on March 12. Two starts later, she won a useful conditions race and catapulted herself into Group 2 company. Impassable proved more than up to the grade in the May 31 Prix de Sandringham (G2):
She was not seen again until the October 3 Prix Daniel Wildenstein (G2) at Longchamp, where she took on an accomplished field of older horses and collared Filly & Mare Turf contender Miss France:
