Blinkers are added to #11 Invasion Bound (6-1), who showed little after a slow start when facing better in his debut at Aqueduct in February. Son of young sire Normandy Invasion is a half-brother to four winners and has been working forwardly for trainer Baker, who wins with 20% of his second-time starters. Gelding can show more here with Santiago riding.
Indiana Grand
Race 6
#5 Chargaree (2-1) was not a factor when unplaced on grass over 5-furlongs facing much better 12 days ago, but has a record of 16-5-3-2 on this main track. Trainer Hammond wins with at 23% with claimers and 18% with horses making this surface change. Mare can be in good position throughout with Sanjur retaining the mount.
Presque Isle
Race 4
Trainer Brooks wins with 17% of his runners that have not raced for 46-90 days and saddles #6 Keep Your Thoughts (9-2), who flattened out to finish fourth after making progress from off the pace at Woodbine in June in her first start on an all-weather track.
