Holland's North American Racing Plays for Dec. 7

Parx Racing

Race 1

Lasix is added to #7 Kind Humor (8-1), who weakened to finish fourth over 7 furlongs in her latest here in mid-September in her second outing. Daughter of Distorted Humor is out of a mare by A.P. Indy who has produced two winners, and trainer DeMasi wins with 17% of her runners that have not raced for 46-90 days. Filly posted a good 4-furlong work in :48 3/5 recently and can be forwardly placed from the start with Rodriguez remaining aboard.

Race 8

#6 Thiscatcanjump (7-2) rallied from off the pace to win his latest over the track and distance last month. Dark bay has a record of 14-4-1-3 on this oval and trainer Lake wins with 19% of his runners that won last time out. 4-year-old should find a solid pace to close into with Pennington retaining the mount.

Mahoning Valley

Race 5

Trainer Rone wins with 23% of his runners that won last time out and saddles #2 Cristalinda (7-2), who closed from just off the pace to defeat easier in her latest over the track and distance early last month. Rone has won with 31% of his runners at this meet and filly has a record of 7-2-2-2 on this track. Bay can win again with Rivera remaining aboard.

Remington Park

Race 9

Maidens going 6 1/2 furlongs include #6 Grey Storm (10-1), a debuting son of Tapit who is out of Bayakoa (G2) winner Zardana. Gray is a half-brother to four winners and works include a sharp 5-furlong move in :59 3/5 for trainer Fincher, who wins with 31% of his first-time starters. Colt appears ready to win at first asking under Quinonez, who has won with one of his last two rides for the barn.
