Pro: Likely better than last race suggests, and barn upset this race with 28-1 shot in 2022.

Con: Stopped completely after dueling in Gun Runner; looks a cut or two below.

Pro: Track profile might have worked against him when third as 1-2 fave in Gun Runner.

Con: Usually well supported at windows, and price figures to be low again.

#3 Tizzy Indy                      *

Pro: Pedigree suggests the farther he goes, the better.

Con: Looks very much up against from a class perspective.



 

Can Group wins The Castle & Key Bourbon (G2) at Keeneland

#4 Can Group                    ***

Pro: Outran expectations taking the Bourbon (G2) and running fourth at the Breeders’ Cup.

Con: Dirt form not so fine as his turf form so far.


 


 

Fair Grounds

#5 Ethan Energy                ****

Pro: Powered home to win maiden easily second out; has tremendous upside.

Con: Lack of tactical foot a potential problem, and perhaps still a little green.

Pro: Has done okay against the likes of Track Phantom and Dornoch already. 

Con: Needed five starts to graduate and a significant step forward required.

#7 Track Phantom              *****

Pro: Has turned it up a notch around two turns, won Gun Runner as well.

Con: Value disappears, and track might not be as kind to speed this time.

[SCRATCHED] #8 Awesome Road             **

Pro: Owns an appealing pedigree and did show promise winning his debut.

Con: Previous stake tries leave a lot to be desired; cross-entered at Turfway on Saturday.
