EXPLICABLE is another that looks to have been working well in the mornings and has all the signs of a debut winner. Her trainer hits at 27% with first-time-starters, the sire gets 16% debut winner, the dam has eight winners from 11 starters and Rafael Bejarano has the call. Tab for a smasher; likely to be bet off her 5-1 morning line. BENCH RULING is the morning line favorite at a lukewarm 5-2 and comes out of a race with at least two next out winners. The negative is her trainer has one win with 19 starters this meet. HERE’S BELLA is one that deserves pick 4 wager consideration if bet below or at her 6-1. She ran well in her debut and will improve off of that effort.
