Preakness Day ABC Grid: Looking To Keep It Going

Happy Preakness Stakes day! We did well yesterday so we’re looking to keep that going today, but it won’t be an easy task. These are competitive fields, and navigating them correctly will require knowing which “A”s to zero in on throughout the day.

The track has played fair this week, but we’ll see what happens today with more time between races and more moisture in the air (but hopefully not rain).

In the Preakness Stakes itself I’m sticking with American as the top pick but settled on Firing Line as the more likely top performer among the Derby trifecta. I prefer Danzig Moon to Divining Rod but don’t want to lose if the latter is in the number and Dortmund isn’t.
