SOUTHLAND 2015 $20,000 SPRING FUTURITY STAKES Crowned a Champion

The 2015 SOUTHLAND $20,000 SPRING FUTURITY STAKES crowned a champion last night in the finals and leading the field to the finish line was FIESTA PARAGUAS  in a very impressive box to wire run. Finishing a close 2nd was FLYING FIRED UP, 3rd place went to WW's Soonerscoop and MEGA RICE ran 4th.Congratulations to the winner and to all the greyhounds who went paw to paw to determine the champion over the past 3 weeks in 5 very competitive rounds. I have listed below how MONEYMAKER MIKE's picks did as I had selected 8 greyhounds who I thought would make the finals and as it turned out, I had 3 of the 8 in the finals along with 4 selections to make the consolation race which was also run on Friday evening with the winner there being FOURMAN. Again, congratulations to FIESTA PARAGUAS and the owners, kennel, trainer and all other connections on winning the SPRING FUTURITY Championship.
