SOUTHLAND Preview - A recap of our 5 up and coming young greyhounds from August to December

As many of you may recall, back in August I started a monthly feature I called "Five Up And Coming Young Greyhounds" at Southland and today I wanted to bring you up to date on their stats since making the list. The criteria for selecting them was fairly simple as to be considered they had to have run fewer then 10 races up to be eligible and only 5 greyhounds per month could be chosen. It is always exciting and entertaining to watch the greyhounds run and making it even better in my opinion is following your favorites over the course of their careers. To watch a young and inexperienced greyhound that you feel has a ton of potential take to the track and with each race gain valuable experience while fine tuning their abilities and talents is really a sight to see. I will have January's top 5 coming up in the next day or so.
