#1 TUXSecond timer from the Bill Mott barn was professional in a sprint on the course at first asking and I feel the colt has a very high ceiling. The Tapit homebred has a great draw on the rail, and the February foal also has the gate presence to be in the mix from the break, as well. Junior Alvarado will guide the leading selection.

#2 AVIATOR GUIInteresting sort graduated on the dirt two back prior to finishing a solid fourth in the grassy Awad S. in his latest endeavor. The gray Uncle Mo colt is bred to like the distance, and I expect him to take a step forward while running nine panels beneath Manny Franco.

#3 POSTER: Eoin Harty pupil is perfect from a pair of strong turf runs to date and will try the main strip on Saturday. This Godolphin homebred is quick from the gate and seems poised to have a positive impact on the race as a logical win threat under Flavien Prat.

#4 STUDLYDORIGHTNyquist colt rallied for a nice tally in the Nashua S. on the course most recently and makes a lot of sense for conditioner John Robb. The Maryland-bred possesses a strong turn of foot, and he will be in the hunt late if he handles the move to 1 1/8 miles. Regular pilot Xavier Perez retains the mount.

#5 KEEWAYDINDangerous son of Instagrand has displayed a lot of talent from two career races to date for trainer Chad Brown. The $140,000 weanling purchase is a question mark at the trip, but he is a must-use in my opinion under the guidance of Dylan Davis.

#6 SURFSIDE MOON: Malibu Moon colt broke his maiden on the green at Delaware Park earlier in the season but has failed to hit the board in a pair of subsequent stakes races. The Keystone State-bred would be a surprise in the event with Kendrick Carmouche taking the reins.

#7 GUN TRADERDark bay colt broke his maiden at Parx in his latest try but has to get a lot faster to challenge this solid group in the stretch at healthy odds. I will wait for this one to find softer spots going forward.
