TwinSpires Tournaments Tour
- May 8, 2025 through April 24, 2026
- Only selected tournaments count towards Tour Points
- Only players playing tournaments through their TwinSpires account are eligible for Tour points.
- Only the top 40 scores count towards the final leaderboard
- If you already have 40 tournament scores that count towards your tour points total, it will require a future tournament score to be higher than the lowest score of those 40 tournament scores to replace your lowest tournament score
Tour Points
- Points are gained by finishing position, amount wagered, and number of entries for each individual tournament and each individual entry in that tournament.
- The top 5 finishers in the tournament will receive the following points:
- 1st = 10 points
- 2nd = 7 points
- 3rd = 5 points
- 4th = 3 points
- 5th = 1 point
- Amount wagered = 1 pt for every 50% of bankroll wagered (EX: $100 bankroll and $125 wagered = 2.5 points)
- Number of total entries in each individual tournament = 1 pt for every 25 entries (EX: 34 entries = 1.36 points)
- Bonus Wagering Points = IF a tournament has a bankroll of at least $100, you will receive 0.5 bonus points at 150% of bankroll wagered, 1 bonus point at 200% bankroll wagered, 1.5 bonus points at 250% bankroll wagered, and so on. (EX: $100 bankroll and $250 wagered = 1.5 bonus points in addition to 5 wagering points) - THESE BONUS POINTS ARE NOT CUMULATIVE IN EACH INDIVIDUAL TOURNAMENT
- If you have 2 entries in an individual tournament, each entry will receive an individual score and each score can count towards your total if in your top 40 scores.
Prizes
- $50,000 in cash prizes plus three 2026 KDBC seats for top 5 from final standings
- 1st = $20,000 + 2026 KDBC Seat
- 2nd = $7,500 + 2026 KDBC Seat
- 3rd = $3,500 + 2026 KDBC Seat
- 4th = $2,500
- 5th = $1,500
Sessions
- There will be four different sessions throughout the year and each session will have it's own leaderboard for separate cash prizes.
- SESSION 3: September 10, 2025 - November 30, 2025
- Eligible tournaments:
- All tournaments at Kentucky Downs - COMPLETE
- All tournaments at Churchill Downs
- All tournaments at Keeneland (does not include Keeneland Fall Challenge)
- Presque Isle Masters Day at Presque Isle Downs Tournaments - COMPLETE
- Oklahoma Derby Day at Remington Park Tournaments - COMPLETE
- Only the top 8 scores count towards this session leaderboard
- If you already have 8 tournament scores that count towards your tour points total, it will require a future tournament score to be higher than the lowest score of those 8 tournament scores to replace your lowest tournament score
- Scoring will be the same as full season Tour
- $5,000 in cash prizes for top 3 from final session standings
- 1st = $2,500
- 2nd = $1,500
- 3rd = $1,000
