We're giving TwinSpires players the opportunity to double their odds on the $500,000 Spiral Stakes at Turfway Park this Saturday, but you're going to have to earn it.

Cash a $25 Win bet on a single horse in at least two separate races before the Spiral Stakes, and you've unlocked Double Odds on your first Win bet in the Spiral.  Like your qualifying bets, we'll pay Double Odds up to the value of a $25 Win bet in the Spiral Stakes to all qualifying players.

How To Unlock Double Odds the Spiral Stakes

• Players may participate by placing a $25 Win bet on a single horse in any race (1 - 9) prior to the running of the featured Spiral Stakes (race 10) at Turfway Park on Saturday, April 2.
• Only a player's first $25 Win bet on a single horse in a race prior to the Spiral Stakes will count as his or her official contest wager.
• Multi-horse or boxed bets are not eligible for contest play.
• Combination Win/Place, Win/Show and Win/Place/Show wagers are not eligible for contest play.
• All players who cash a winning $25 Win bet on a single horse in at least two (2) separate races (1 - 9) prior to the Spiral Stakes (race 10) will qualify for Double Odds in the Spiral Stakes.

Spiral Stakes Double Odds

• Qualifying players may place a Win bet on a single horse for any amount in the Spiral Stakes for the opportunity to earn Double Odds. 
• Only a player's first Win bet on a single horse in the Spiral Stakes (race 10) will qualify as his or her official "Double Odds" wager.
• Multi-horse or boxed bets are not eligible for Double Odds.
• Combination Win/Place, Win/Show and Win/Place/Show wagers are not eligible for Double Odds.
• If a player's Double Odds bet is a winning wager, s/he will receive a bonus credit equal to the payout for his or her winning wager less the value of the amount bet.
• Double Odds will be paid up to the maximum value of a $25 Win bet.

Double Odds Payout Chart

The chart below calculates a Double Odds Bonus based on a qualifying $25 Win bet on a horse with 3-to-1 odds.  The player would receive a $75 bonus credit in addition to his or her winnings.

Winners will be announced on or before Monday, April 4.  Bonus credits will be processed on or before Tuesday, April 5.
