Q: So what happens when I log in to the other sites - WinTicket.com, BrisBET.com and TsnBET.com?
A: You will be redirected to the new TwinSpires.com homepage. From there you can log in to your new TwinSpires.com account with your existing account number and PIN, or your username and password. Both methods work.

Q: Can I still use the login and password information from my BrisBET.com, TsnBET.com or WinTicket.com account to access my new TwinSpires.com account?
A: Yes.

Q: Why can't I view Live Video?
A: YOU MUST HAVE POPUP BLOCKERS DISABLED TO VIEW LIVE VIDEO.

Q: Why do I have to sign up for a Brisnet account?
A: You will now be able receive FREE Brisnet PP's on TwinSpires.com! In order to access handicapping information including FREE PP's, you will be asked to set up a Brisnet account. The simple process will just take a minute as you log in to TwinSpires.com.

Q: Is TwinSpires.com licensed to accept wagers in California?
A: Yes. The consolidated site is licensed to accept wagers from ADW customers in California.

Q: Does this mean that TwinSpires.com is accepting wagers in all of the states where BrisBET.com, TsnBET.com and WinTicket.com were accepting wagers?
A: Yes.

Q: How can that happen? I thought the ATAB/BRIS sites were licensed in more states than TwinSpires.com?
A: TwinSpires.com is now licensed in all of the states where the AmericaTAB sites were licensed.

Q: I really liked the functionality of the ATAB/BRIS sites. Why do I have to change to TwinSpires.com?
A: The functionality will stay the same because we kept the BRIS architecture. The look and feel is new and the brand is now TwinSpires.com, but the rebranded site is very familiar to what our ATAB/BRIS customers are used to.

Q: Of all the brands, why change to TwinSpires.com, the newest of the platforms?
A: The TwinSpires brand connects back to our heritage - Churchill Downs and the Kentucky Derby - so it made most sense to leverage that identity going forward. Our data services business will continue to bear the name BRIS - or Bloodstock Research Information Services.

Q: Do I still fund my account the same way?
A: All of the same deposit and withdrawal features from BrisBET, TsnBET and WinTicket are available on the new TwinSpires.com. The popular EZmoney online deposit and withdrawal system is now available for existing TwinSpires.com Players. TwinSpires Players should visit the deposit page of www.twinspires.com to get authorized for EZmoney.

Q: Why did you consolidate the platforms?
A: By consolidating the platforms under one common brand we can better focus our energies on creating new, innovative products, services, and features for our Players and bring greater efficiency to our marketing and customer communications - rather than replicating our efforts over four separate platforms.

Q: Why did you wait to consolidate the platforms?
A: When we acquired the AmericaTAB and BRIS ADW sites last June, we knew we were acquiring businesses with well-established and loyal customer bases. We knew it made sense to eventually consolidate all of the platforms under the TwinSpires brand, but we wanted to spend time learning from both our new and existing customers about what they like most about each of our sites. We were able to complete that research over the last few months and now we are able to combine the best features from all of our ADW sites into one home for account wagering.

Q: Whom can I call with specific questions about my old BrisBET.com, TsnBET.com WinTicket.com account or my new TwinSpires.com account?
